The successful candidate will run the schedule for a busy video and photography studio at a business school, supporting web-streaming and video-on-demand short course and academic delivery and marketing. While the role will focus primarily on capturing and postproduction of tutoring sessions, this producer will oversee and assist with creation of other educational and marketing material.



  • Scheduling and overseeing studio production to departmental standards
  • Managing graduation photography
  • Liaison with facilitators, marketing, academic, service and material development departments
  • Tracking outputs and ensuring deadlines are met
  • And participating in:
  • Conceptualising and creating marketing videos
  • Streaming, recording and editing recordings
  • Tagging, uploading, embedding and archiving footage, images and audio files
  • Creating still and motion graphics for all platforms
  • Taking and editing photos for a variety of uses
  • Team training
  • Direction on camera
  • Continuously improving workflow
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Assisting with other material development requirements as necessary



Minimum three to five years as a video producer; five to eight years of video production.


Desired skills and experience:

  • Competency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and Adobe Encore, Microsoft Office communication and planning software; VMix or equivalent

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Up to date with online video-sharing technology
  • Experience with Unreal Engine an advantage
