Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Business, HR, Sales, or relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of external recruitment experience.
• A proven track record of utilizing technology for smart and effective recruitment.
• A history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Highly driven and competitive (self-motivated).
• Ambition to excel and set industry standards in recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
